Eligibility: 

Must be minimum of 18 years old to qualify. Residents of MA only, with a service area that is located East of Worcester, no islands. No Highland employees, spouses or parents of Highland employees or previous Highland Giveaway winners. 

 

Giveaway Sponsor:

Highland Shredding & Removal is sponsoring this giveaway. Facebook, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn are not sponsors and are released of any liability related to the giveaway.

 

Dates:

Entries will be collected between 4/24/25 and 5/11/25. Winner will be selected and announced within the following week.

 

Prize Information:

There will only be 1 winner. They will win up to 1 full truck of a standard junk removal service, as defined by Highland’s website which is an $875 value. Non standard items such as mattresses, concrete or items that need to be demolished prior to hauling are not included for free but may be added on for additional fee. The service must be in 1 location and completed in 1 trip. The service must take place within 30 days of winner being announced.

 

Winner Selection:

Highland management will contact the winner directly within the week following 5/11/25, confirm information and go over prize details and project logistics.

 

Contest Shutdown/ Tampering:

Contest will end after the dates noted above. Highland has the right to shut down or adjust the giveaway as needed, as well as investigate any issues with cheating or tampering, prior to the scheduled end dates of the giveaway.

 

Personal Information:

Highland will use information collected for our own advertising and promotional material.

 

Release of liability:

Highland will not be liable for any harm that could unintentionally arise due to this giveaway.

 

Disputes:

Highland management will directly handle any disputes with individuals.

 

Winner Promotion:

Highland is allowed to use the winner’s image and likeness in advertising.

 

Void where prohibited:

This giveaway is void where prohibited.
