Currently Hiring a Shredding & Junk Removal Tech

Highland Shredding & Removal is Eastern Massachusetts’ 1-Stop provider of Secure Data Destruction and Junk Removal Services. Nobody makes a Commercial or Residential shredding or removal project easier.

JOB DUTIES

This position is focused on the four areas below, which we will train and coach you to be the best at.

Customer Service: Making sure you build rapport with our customers and leave smiles on their faces.
Junk Removal: Driving, heavy lifting, safe removal and clean up of junk and debris from client locations indoors and out. Clean jobs, dirty jobs and everything in between.
Shredding: Follow the most secure industry protocols while wow-ing our customers who need their data destroyed whether it’s paper, hard drives, tapes, CD’s, cell phones and anything with media.
Brand Building & Marketing: Providing top level customer services to build on our strong brand image across the region. Delivery of marketing material to targeted focus areas and participation in unique marketing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21+ with minimum 3 years driving experience with a valid driver's license.
Must have own daily transportation to get to our office each day.
Applicants must be in fit shape and must be able to regularly lift heavy objects over 75lbs.
Clean driving record a must.
Applicants for this position must be hard working positive individuals who enjoy working with and helping people.
Able to safely operate and drive our trucks and equipment.
You should be comfortable working in an exciting, fast-paced work environment.
Enjoy working outdoors and working independently throughout your day.
We perform a mandatory background check and drug test.
